Agreement

These terms govern your use of Calorie Tracker: Private AI (“Calorie Tracker”, “the app”), published by Co Trinh Hien Duy (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict, Apple’s EULA applies to the extent required. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Requirements

The app’s AI features run on-device with Apple Intelligence and require a compatible iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro or later), iOS 27 or later, and Apple Intelligence turned on. Availability of Apple Intelligence depends on your device, language and region, which Apple controls. Please confirm your iPhone is compatible before purchasing.

AI estimates are not medical advice

Calorie, macro and nutrient values produced by the app, including results from photos, nutrition labels, voice or text, and anything the AI Coach says, are automated estimates. They can be inaccurate or incomplete, so please review and correct them. Barcode results come from the community-maintained Open Food Facts database and may also contain errors.

Calorie Tracker is a general wellness and tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary or fitness advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet or activity, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have a history of disordered eating.

Calorie Tracker Plus

Full access to the app requires Calorie Tracker Plus, available as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Lifetime purchase

• Lifetime is a one-time, non-renewing purchase charged to your Apple ID. It unlocks Calorie Tracker Plus for as long as the app is available on the App Store and supports your device, with no recurring charges.
• If you buy Lifetime while a subscription is active, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings to avoid further renewals.

To restore a subscription or Lifetime purchase on a new or reset iPhone, sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Restore on the purchase screen.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple, and we cannot issue refunds ourselves. Purchases, including Lifetime, are non-refundable except where Apple grants a refund under its policies or where required by law. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Your data is stored on your device and, if enabled, in your own private iCloud. We don’t hold a copy, so we can’t recover it if it is deleted or lost. Keep iCloud or device backups turned on if the data matters to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by reverse engineering it except as permitted by law, circumventing purchase checks, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that the app or its estimates will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the date above, and material changes will be noted in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
